COSTUMI DI SCENA transposes the Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on consumer protection in the field of distance contracts, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 implementing the EU Directive 2011/83, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
This right consists of the possibility of returning the goods purchased to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, to get in consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 14 working days from receipt of goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Costumi di Scena, Via dell' Arcolaio, 58 - 50137 Florence (FI) ITALY.
The communication can be sent, within the same term, by email, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Such notification must include the product codes you wish to return, and details on how the reimbursement (paypal refund, bank transfer).
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer under conditions of substantial integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.

The personal measurements are noted on an appropriate scheme, which we send with the form of order confirmation. To make the dress more comfortable, it is necessary to integrate the standard sizes (height, size ..) with those required for packaging tailor the model requested.
