Orders: the telephone contact allows you to establish an immediate relationship: a costume designer will respond to requests by suggesting the most appropriate solutions, in line with the type of event to which the costume is intended.
It is also possible to request independently, quotes, costs and how our processes are carried out.
⦿ Once you have identified the costume or accessory to buy, simply fill out the electronic contact form, accessed from any page of the site by selecting the icon "Request for informationi" or "contact us".
In response to your request, we will forward an email with our proposal, so that it can be evaluated.
⦿ If our proposal is of interest, you must reply to the message or contact our laboratory by phone. Once emitted the purchase order, you'll giving it back signed by email to info@costumidiscena.it .

Delivery time: are established during the negotiations and indicated in the quote; some models made in series, are on average available within 7/10 days.
Packaging: standard garment bag, placed in packaging cardboard.
Shipping: insured courier, with reimbursement of expenses specified in the online order or quote, depending on the weight and place of destination. It is announced by an E-Mail containing the number of the waybill (LDV) which allows the customer to monitor the status of the delivery, through the service of tracking and tracing
When the courier is delivering the goods and before signing the accompanying document, it is necessary to check that the packaging is intact and that the duct tape used for closing the neck, bearing the mark of COSTUMI DI SCENA, is not tampered.
Any damages must be immediately disputed to the courier who makes the delivery.
Failure to collect within 15 (fifteen) days of the agreed delivery date, will result in the loss of the availability of the good, so COSTUMI DI SCENA will issue regular invoice.

COSTUMI DI SCENA transposes the Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on consumer protection in the field of distance contracts, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 implementing the EU Directive 2011/83, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
This right consists of the possibility of returning the goods purchased to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, to get in consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 14 working days from receipt of goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Costumi di Scena, Via Luigi Bertelli, 6 - 50135 Florence (Italy).
The communication can be sent, within the same term, by email, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Such notification must include the product codes you wish to return, and details on how the reimbursement (paypal refund, bank transfer).
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer under conditions of substantial integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.
Once we have received the goods and verificated integrity will, as soon as possible, we will credit the customer the cost of returned products; the amount of shipping which will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:
the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products referred to in art. 55 paragraph 2:
c) supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized.
However, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, the customer may request to make small changes, returning the costume at his own expense. Changes made on costumes consist of shortening and shrinkage, but not in changing the patterns or changing the fabrics already shown in the order.
The communication must be sent by e-mail to info@costumidiscena.it and wait for the return authorization at the address provided.

⦿ It's possible to rent costumes or armour ??
No !   We deals exclusively with the manufacture and sale of clothes and accessories.

⦿ How do you get a quote ?
The easiest method to get a custom quote, is the filling out of the electronic contact form, which is accessed from any page of the site, selecting the "contact us" menu or "Request for information" link.
In response to your request, we will forward an email with our proposal, so that it can be evaluated.
The more specific your requests (character, historical period, accessories), the more accurate the quote will be.

⦿ It's possible customize the costume patterns and finishes ?
Certainly! The craftsmanship of our processes and the development of their own models, allows to take care of the personalized realization of any costume and accessory. You can also request variations of fabrics, textures, decorations and colors.
Some models are made exclusively for our customers, who can therefore boast unique and personalized costumes.

⦿ How to acquire measures ?
Often it is enough to provide the height and size; however, in case of non-compliant sizes, or to make the dress more comfortable, it is necessary to integrate the standard sizes with those required to customize the model.
In these cases, the personal measures will be noted on an appropriate size-chart, submitted with the order confirmation form.
Measurements can also be carried out without the assistance of experienced staff, following the simple guidelines of the size-chart.

⦿ How to confirm an order ?
Following the request for quote or information, our company forwards an email message; If the proposal has piqued interest, simply reply to the message or contact our lab by phone.
The proposal is formalized via order form sent by e-mail and returned signed.

⦿ What is the delivery time ?
Some models in the catalog are available in 7/10 days, while a custom costume is completed, normally, within 2/3 weeks.
However, the packaging and delivery times are communicated in the quote / order form.
